Psychologue : comment ça marche
Le psychologue est un professionnel diplômé d'État (bac+5) formé à l'écoute et à l'accompagnement psychique : anxiété, dépression, deuil, traumatismes, difficultés relationnelles. Le titre est protégé et chaque praticien dispose d'un numéro ADELI/RPPS. Certaines mutuelles remboursent des séances, et le dispositif MonSoutienPsy permet un accès facilité. Premier échange souvent consacré à poser le cadre et vos attentes.
Comment se déroule une séance
La première consultation (45 min à 1 h) sert à poser votre demande, votre histoire et le cadre : fréquence, durée envisagée, approche. Les séances suivantes s'installent souvent au rythme d'une par semaine ou quinzaine. Le psychologue est tenu au secret professionnel et à un code de déontologie.
Tarifs et remboursement
Comptez 50 à 90 € la séance en libéral, davantage à Paris. Le dispositif MonSoutienPsy permet des séances remboursées chez les psychologues conventionnés, et de nombreuses mutuelles proposent un forfait psychologie. En CMP, la consultation est gratuite mais les délais sont longs.
Bien choisir son psychologue
Vérifiez le numéro ADELI/RPPS (gage du titre), l'approche pratiquée (TCC, psychanalytique, systémique, EMDR…) et la spécialisation (enfants, couple, trauma). L'alliance thérapeutique est le premier facteur d'efficacité : autorisez-vous à changer de praticien si le courant ne passe pas.
